A-Presto’s Terms and Conditions:

• Submission of any work to A-Presto will effectively mean that the following Terms and Conditions have been accepted.
• Please note the number of words in your submitted document.
• Any work submitted to A-Presto will be treated as private and confidential, unless otherwise instructed by the client.
• The purpose of A-Presto’s proofreading is to ensure that spellings and grammar are perfect and we will only be responsible for the structure and layout of your document if requested.
• A-Presto can only make suggestions for improving the quality of English in a document, and therefore cannot be responsible for the standard of the actual work.
• Other than a basic grammar check, A-Presto will no longer review the references at the end of a document, so your charge will not include these.
• A-Presto will only disclose confidential information as mandated by law, or in connection with a court action brought by the client against A-Presto, or any of its agents, employees, officers, directors or service providers.
• Payment must be made by PayPal or direct bank transfer within seven days after A-Presto have sent you an invoice. A-Presto retains the right not to return the finished document until payment has been received.
• The cost of any work completed by A-Presto is based on the number of words in the original document plus £1 for administration fees. The basic price is a penny a word (e.g. £10 for 1,000 words + £1 = £11). However, there are a few potential extra fees as indicated in the Pricing section of this website.
• We will make every effort to complete your order when required and will inform you immediately if we realise that this is not possible.
• Payments are non-refundable, so please ensure that you are happy with the proofreading before paying.
• Subject to A-Presto’s confirmation, any additional or replacement text or paragraphs submitted after the original text, will be charged at the usual rates, on top of the original quotation.
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in your work remains with you and no transfer of copyright or IPR to ourselves is implied or intended.
